Belief: Loves to See the Value

Belief Talent Theme

People exceptionally talented in the Belief CliftonStrengths® theme have certain core values that are unchanging. Out of these values emerge a defined purpose for their lives.

If you possess a strong Belief theme, you have certain core values that are enduring. These values vary from one person to another, but ordinarily your Belief theme causes you to be family-oriented, altruistic, even spiritual, and to value responsibility and high ethics — both in yourself and others.

These core values affect your behavior in many ways. They give your life meaning and satisfaction; in your view, success is more than money and prestige. They provide you with direction, guiding you through the temptations and distractions of life toward a consistent set of priorities.

This consistency is the foundation for all your relationships. Your friends call you dependable. “I know where you stand,” they say. Your Belief makes you easy to trust. It also demands that you find work that meshes with your values. Your work must be meaningful; it must matter to you. And guided by your Belief theme it will matter only if it gives you a chance to live out your values.

This is an Executing Talent Theme

Those with dominant themes in the Executing Domain know how to make things happen. When the team needs someone to implement a solution, these are the people who will work tirelessly to get it done. Those with a strength to execute have the ability to “catch” an idea and make it a reality.

Action Items for This Theme
  • Clarify your values by thinking about one of your best days ever. How did your values play into the satisfaction that you received from your best day? How can you organize your life to repeat that day as often as possible?
  • Don’t be afraid to give voice to your values. This will help others know whom you are and how to relate to you.
  • Actively seek roles that fit your values. In particular, think about joining organizations that define their purpose by the contribution they make to society.
  • Express your values outside of the workplace by volunteering for a hospital board or a school board, or by running for an elected office.
  • Actively cultivate friends who share your basic values. Consider your best friend. Does this person share your value system?
Be ready to:
  • Partner with someone with a strong Futuristic theme. This person can energize you by painting a vivid picture of the direction in which your values will lead.
  • Accept that other people might have values different from your own. Having strong Belief does not equate with being judgmental.

Let's Connect

Instagram is kind of my thing 😀

Be like Luna, when she sees a puddle (opportunity) Be like Luna, when she sees a puddle (opportunity), she goes for it!
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝘀 — 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗯𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗹𝘆.

Every vision starts with clarity, and every next step gets easier when you know what you’re naturally best at.
That’s why I coach individuals and businesses to uncover, understand, and live their strengths.

If you’re ready to move from where you are to where you dream to be — let’s connect.
Your future is calling… what will your answer be?
𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽 𝗦 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 🚀

Entrepreneurship has always been one of my favourite things — not just building businesses, but growing the people behind them.

Last night I attended “𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗔’𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽𝘀” in Stellenbosch, hosted by @theopenletterza at @theworkshack . The main speaker, Malan Joubert, shared how FireID has been part of creating some incredible companies — @snapscanapp, @luno_global, @offerzen and more. His journey was filled with both remarkable successes and valuable failures.

One of my key takeaways?
💡 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮.
Whether it’s location, market needs, technology adoption, timing, luck, or connections — the journey rarely looks like the plan.

After the talk, we had the chance to “Choose Your Journey.” I chose to play the FinMaster financial education game (and had so much fun while learning!). It was great to also connect again with Elijah Djan one of the creators of @play_finmaster.

Afterwards, we enjoyed snacks, drinks, and live music — a perfect blend of learning, connection, and inspiration.

As a @cliftonstrengths 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 who also works with entrepreneurs through 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘂𝗽’𝘀 𝗕𝗣𝟭𝟬, I love seeing how adaptability, problem-solving, and the right partnerships can change the trajectory of a business. These are exactly the kinds of strengths I help teams uncover and harness.

Here’s to building, evolving, and growing — both businesses and the people who run them.
